Who I am

Chundra is an independent art project by Stefania Spangenberg, based in Málaga, Spain. You can reach me at stefus.sp@gmail.com.

What data I collect

When you submit a purchase enquiry through my website, I collect the following information:

• Full name
• PayPal email and contact email
• Shipping address (country, city, full address)
• Phone number
• Any message or notes you include

I also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and navigate my website. This collects anonymous data (pages visited, time on site, general location) and does not identify you personally.

Why I collect it

The only reason I collect your personal data is to process your purchase enquiry: confirm availability, calculate shipping if needed, and send you a payment link. I do not use your data for marketing, and I do not send newsletters unless you explicitly ask me to.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or share your data with third parties, except in the following cases:

• PayPal — processes your payment under their own privacy policy
• Shipping carriers (Correos España or equivalent) — receive your name and address to deliver your order
• Formspree — the form service that routes your enquiry to my email, subject to their privacy policy

How long I keep your data

I keep your data for as long as necessary to complete the transaction and resolve any issues that may arise — typically no longer than one year. After that, I delete it.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're based in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
