Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made by hand. Due to the nature of handmade art, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. In that case, I'll offer a full refund or replacement where possible.
Shipments within Europe include a tracking link so you can follow your package at any time. For destinations outside Europe, shipping options and tracking availability are discussed individually at the time of purchase.
