Zaira seems to move guided by her gut feelings.

We often say we should listen to our hearts, but I’m not sure that the heart is what truly tells us where to go. I believe direction might be somewhere deeper, more primitive — from the stomach, from the viscera, from that place where sensations live before they become emotions or words.
